CONS
1
The overall customer review score is moderate at about 3.7 out of 5 stars, suggesting some mixed experiences among users compared to competitors in the mid-range performance category.
2
Better Baseball is not BBB accredited, which means it has not undergone BBB’s full vetting process despite having a high rating; this may concern some customers seeking fully accredited businesses.
3
Limited number of publicly available detailed third-party reviews (only around 7 reviews on Knoji), which might make it harder to fully assess consistent quality or service issues across all customers.
